Asian-Style Spicy Chicken Wings

I just went hungry looking for ideas to blog when I came across this menu. Let me share it with you. Looking delicious and easy to prepare. 





Ingredients:
6 pcs (400g)    chicken wings
to taste             salt and pepper
1/4 cup             flour / cornstarch
2 cups               Golden Fiesta cooking oil
2 tbsp               ginger, minced
2 tbsp               garlic, minced
2 tbsp               Datu Puti soy sauce
5 tbsp               UFC Cook n' Dip spicy chili catsup
1 tbsp               Mang Tomas oyster sauce
1 tbsp               calamansi juice
1 tbsp               sugar
Cooking Procedure:
1.    Season chicken wings with salt and pepper.  Coat evenly with flour and fry in oil until cooked.
2.    Heat 2 tbsp oil and cook ginger and garlic until golden brown.
3.    Add Datu Puti soy sauce, UFC Cook n' Dip spicy chili catsup and Mang Tomas oyster sauce, calamansi juice and sugar, and simmer for 2 minutes.
4.    Add fried chicken and coat with sauce.  Serve hot.
